I think there is some flaw in certain tactic that suggest niche can only be achieve if you confine your market on geographical areas. In the blogging business ecosystem, I think every avenue should be given equal chances. By only targeting certain segment, you can only sustained for the short run because sooner or later somebody with a lot firepower (money and investor) will take over.
