For example one that I did, was to find a Greek auction site, a free one. I found a collector's edition sports t-shirt, and listed it as it was on the e-shop's page. I just included 2 affiliate links back to the e-shop, and also made the pic a link. I set it up to run for 15 days, and set the reserve too high, and starting bid 1 euro. Every 15 days, at least 100 people clicked on the aff link, and that was from a small auction site. When the auction ended, I just reloaded the exact same auction page. Nothing prevents you from having dozens of these offers running on auction sites at the same time. Yes, this is very easy to do. Re the comment up there about ebay and links, I've linked to Amazon loads of times for info on the product, "for more info check out this" and not once did I even think about putting in my affiliate link.
