The easiest way of all, to create new links for your site, are social bookmarking sites.
A good way to get a shot of traffic is by buying stumbles or diggs, in packages of 500-1000. You can find people who do so at www.wickedfire.com (its a great resource for other affiliate matters as well). Check the buy and sell section.
Generally, if you have something interesting, like a funny video, a strange news story, or even a weird site, the social crowd is perfect for you. It does not really work for affiliate offers, as social crowd visitors are called “soft visitors”, meaning they are ad-blind, and always looking for freebies (of course, a smart affiliate can find freebie CPA offers to promote like this).
It is good for you, to tag and stumble your own sites though. There is not harm in doing so, it’s a free incoming link (though its usually no-follow, there is word in the community that no-follow does not really matter).
An easy way to tag your sites, is to install Firefox (I suggest you use Firefox generally), and make accounts in delicious and stumble. From these sites, you can install a toolbar in Firefox, which makes it easy to tag sites all the time (it keeps your account data). You can sign up at more social bookmarking sites, but generally more is an overkill. You just want your site listed in those sites, and have the chance people will find it and tag it too.
From my experience, stumble works nice for getting some visitors, and delicious works better for backlinks. Since delicious link is http://www.delicious.com/username, try to get a username related to the keywords you want to rank, e.g. creditcard.
Honestly, social bookmarking is not really worth your time. Many marketers spent a lot of time developing linkbaits and mass stumble programs. Just keep it minimal, use stumble for fluxuating shots of traffic, and delicious for a backlink from a page full of your target keywords.
The actual tests of both ccie and ccna are not complicated for someone who has a mcse certification as well as comptia a+.
